Meet The Team
Built by riders, for riders.
Noah Jones
Founder
Noah has been riding and racing dirt bikes since he was three years old — and still rides like it. What started as a childhood thrill became a lifelong passion. From motocross tracks to backroads and highways, motorcycles have always been part of who he is.
Riding has taken him across the country and introduced him to lifelong friendships. Smiles Per Hour-Moto Adventures was built on that experience and the belief that motorcycles create more than adrenaline — they create memories and brotherhood.
Above all, Noah is a proud, devoted dad. Being a father comes first, and motorcycles will always be part of the life and values he passes on.
Samuel Allen
Operations Manager
Samuel Allen traded his badge for handlebars and never slowed down. A former donut loving cop and motorcycle shop owner, he’s known for big wheelies, dual-sport adventures, and being the grounded guy when it counts. With two sons racing motocross and a life built around having fun and hard work, he brings serious skills and even more Smiles Per Hour to every ride.

Good, honest, fun people made my first ride amazing! Definitely recommend renting from them! You won't be disappointed and you'll see some of the most beautiful views other people never get to see if they're not on 2 wheels!Posted on Kara JonesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love some supporting small businesses and amazing people. These guys were easy to work with have a ton of motorcycles available and gave prompt replies as well as fair pricing and had all the available equipment. I’ll definitely be back.Posted on Jacob HaddanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had trouble with my bike on day 2 of riding the SM500. I was able to book the rental pretty late (9pm ish) and pick it up the next morning. Finished the ride thanks to these awesome guys.Posted on Ben WalkerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you’re looking to rent a dual sport in Western North Carolina, this is your spot. We exchanged some emails and text messages before booking. Everything was very simple online to schedule our trip. When we arrived, Samuel, walked us around the available motorcycles and let us choose which ones we wanted to ride. He then helped us get our baggage secured and gave us his cell phone number for any questions or issues during the trip. Every time we reached out, he responded immediately with helpful suggestions. The motorcycles ran great. When we come back, we are going to do some guided time with him as well to run some more local routes.Posted on Andrew NTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My buddy and I flew up from Florida and rented bikes from Sam. He was amazing from the start super helpful (we had no clue what we are doing and have never ridden the Smoky mountain 500 before). He's also a mechanic so it made us feel pretty comfortable that he would only be a phone call away if we needed anything. I'll be running from him again next year! We rented a DRZ 400 and a DR650Posted on Whitney DuttonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had the privilege of spending a weekend with some good friends and smiles per hour moto adventures and had the time of my life. The guides knew the areas like the back of their hands, had safety in mind at all times and worked great with every experience level we had with us. This is one of those things you’ll tell stories about for a lifetime. Don’t hesitate!Posted on Adam BaldwinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Allen set me up with an awesome route that gave me the best intro to dual sport riding. Highly recommend!Posted on Dan DavisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a weekend! Thanks to Allen’s Garage and Smiles Per Hour-Moto Adventures in Murphy, NC, I got to ride with my wife for the entire weekend. My front sprocket crapped out on my bike so I rented a bike on their website very last minute. They had a rental bike ready for me in about 12 hours. Thank you for the quick rental and keeping the bikes ready to hit the trails! The drz400 was a blast! If y’all ever have a bike issue or need a rental bike, check them out!Posted on Trevor MangumTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were kicking off our Smokey Mountain 500 journey from Clayton, GA to Tellico Plains when, just a few hours in, my clutch gave out and left me stranded on Murphy Rd in NC. After trailering the bike back to the start, I reached out to Smiles Per Hour MotoAdventures last minute — and these guys absolutely came through. They had a Suzuki DR650 ready for me, and thanks to their generosity and hustle, I was back on the trail in no time. To top it off, they even accommodated a last-minute request to pick up the DR650 in Hiwassee instead of making us drive all the way back to their shop — saving us nearly 3 hours of back-and-forth travel. In a tough situation, the team at Smiles Per Hour made all the difference. Super professional, flexible, and just great people to deal with. I couldn’t recommend a better company and guys (Noah and Samual) to work with. Huge thanks, guys! Best, TomPosted on Tom BrattonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Samuel took me out for 1/2 day guided tour this past week and I had a great time!! I am interested in doing the SM 500 next year, so he took me on part of that as well as mountain roads and fire roads. We made a stop at Bell Mountain too. He was a great guide and took his time to make sure that the pace was right for me. I never felt pressure to go beyond my abilities. Overall, it was a great experience and I would feel very comfortable renting bikes from him to do the SM 500 next year as well - the equipment he has was in great shape.Posted on Jeff R
