1. Eligibility
All riders must be 18 years or older.
Riders must hold a valid motorcycle license/endorsement and provide proof of insurance.
2. Rental Agreement & Waiver
All renters must sign a liability waiver prior to taking possession of any motorcycle.
You assume all risk during the rental period. Smiles Per Hour Moto Adventures is not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or theft.
3. Payment Terms
Rentals are secured via our third-party booking platform.
All payments must be made in full before the rental begins.
Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be outlined during booking.
4. Use of Motorcycles
You agree to operate the motorcycle in a lawful, responsible manner.
Off-road use, racing, or subleasing the vehicle is prohibited unless explicitly stated.
5. Damage & Liability
You are fully responsible for any damage to the motorcycle during the rental period.
If the motorcycle is damaged or totaled, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
6. Website Use
All content on https://rentmotos.com is owned by Smiles Per Hour Moto Adventures and may not be copied without permission.
